Foodies are going wild over the new cheeseburger-flavoured spring rolls from Aldi. 

The frozen snack, which comes in a pack of six, has just landed in the frozen food  aisle in supermarket stores across Australia for a limited time only.

The McDonald’s-inspired rolls are filled with a mix of beef mince, cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard to replicate the taste of the iconic cheeseburger.

Those who got their hands on the new product said on social media it tasted ‘delicious’ and ‘amazing’ while others were excited to try them. 

‘Love these,’ one wrote, while said added: ‘I’ve heard cheeseburger spring rolls are surprisingly delicious. Interested to give them a go.’

One woman said she used to buy a similar version from Woolworths.

‘I’ve tried the Woolworths ones and was so tripped out they were so good. Hope these ones are just as tasty,’ she said.  

The new product comes after shoppers rushed to Costco last November to get their hands on a range of cheeseburger spring rolls from the fridge section. Each packet is filled with 18 spring rolls and the price varies across store locations

However, not everyone was on board with the unusual spring roll flavours, with one woman saying: ‘Way too much gherkin taste for me.’ 

The new product comes after shoppers rushed to Costco last November to get their hands on a range of cheeseburger spring rolls from the fridge section.

Each pack came with 18 spring rolls. 

The cheeseburger spring rolls were made with Australian beef, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion and pickles encased in pastry to replicate the taste of the burger.
