Is Your Business One of the Best Workplaces in the U.S.? Apply Now for Recognition in Inc.

Throughout the Great Resignation, smart businesses have learned that there’s no substitute for an excellent company culture. Companies that prioritize employee well-being, morale, and benefits are more likely to retain workers and win competitive new talent, too.

If that’s you, now is the time to get some extra recognition: Nominations are open for Inc.‘s seventh annual Best Workplaces list, created in partnership with employee engagement company Quantum Workplace.

To be eligible, companies must be at least two years old, independent, and U.S.-based, and they must have at least 10 employees and a total annual revenue less than $1 billion.

Once a company is nominated (and meets all requirements), its employees are sent the Quantum Workplace survey, which is used to determine a business’s score and inclusion on the list. The roster goes live on Inc.com in May and will be featured in the May/June print issue.
