Sam Frost quits Home and Away: Channel Seven confirms star’s exit

Channel Seven CONFIRMS Sam Frost has quit Home and Away: Network says it ‘respects’ star’s decision to leave ahead of Covid vaccine mandate

The Seven Network has confirmed Sam Frost has left Home and Away.

A spokesperson said of her departure on Friday: ‘We support and respect Sam’s decision to leave Home and Away. Sam leaves with our sincere thanks and very best wishes for the future.’

Sam, 32, who has played nurse Jasmine Delaney since 2017, quit the long-running soap two months after copping backlash in October when she revealed hadn’t had the Covid-19 vaccine.

Her exit comes just weeks ahead of Seven Production’s January 10 deadline for all actors, crew and presenters to be double-vaccinated.

However, a source told Daily Mail Australia her decision to leave was ‘not related’ to the network’s vaccine mandate.

The role of Jasmine will not be recast.

More to come.
