Bec previously revealed cardio tennis helps keep her in shape, saying she finds running around a court with music blaring ‘really fun’.

‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly,’ she said, adding that she plays for two hours, twice a week.

The TV and radio presenter previously spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her diet, saying that while it’s rather relaxed, she always has a healthy dinner.

Her day on a plate comprises muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.
