Katherine Jenkins enjoys an alfresco dinner with a mystery male friend as married mezzo-soprano pays a visit to Mayfair restaurant Scott’s

Katherine Jenkins rounded off her weekend at an outdoor table for two as she dined out in London on Sunday evening.

The Welsh mezzo-soprano was accompanied by a male friend during an appearance at popular Mayfair seafood restaurant Scott’s, where they appeared to disregard the chilly weather by eating al-fresco.

Opting for a chic red winter coat over smart pencil trousers and black boots, Katherine, 41, looked typically elegant as she took a seat opposite her male companion, who bore an uncanny resemblance to offbeat director Tim Burton.

The singer – happily married to director husband Andrew Levitas, with whom she raises two children – enjoyed a champagne dinner before leaving with her friend as the restaurant emptied shortly after 11:00pm.

Parting ways, Katherine pulled on a protective face covering and climbed into the rear of a waiting cab, while her company for the evening headed into Mayfair on foot.

Last September the star took to Instagram to wish husband Andrew a happy anniversary – and insisted there were ‘definitely no signs of the seven year itch.’

Captioning the photo, she wrote: ‘Happy Anniversary to my favourite person, best friend and beyond gorgeous husband @andrewlevitas – I don’t want to be anywhere else than by your side.’

The couple exchanged vows in 2014 at Hampton Court and the mezzo soprano wore a traditional white gown by Suzanne Neville.

Katherine and Andrew raise two children together Aaliyah Reign, six, and Xander Robert, three.
