Jackie ‘O’ Henderson shares her foolproof hack to perfectly peel an avocado

She’s the radio titan who’s a fount of information. 

And on Wednesday, Jackie O’ Henderson, 47, revealed the perfect way to peel an avocado, sharing the information on her Instagram.  

‘A little a bit of an avocado hack,’ the KIIS radio star began in the footage. 

‘I usually scoop it out, and it’s always a mess, but apparently, there’s a really good hack on how to do it.’ 

In the clip, Jackie is seen sitting next to a single avocado on a plate.

She then grabs a knife and begins cutting the top of the fruit.

‘Cut that little top of the seed off,’ she says, before grabbing the lip of the avocado’s skin. 

‘That’ll give you your little peel here and then it’s just as simple as that.’

Jackie revealed earlier this week on The Kyle and Jackie O’ Show that she had tested positive for Covid-19. 

The mother of one explained that she had caught the virus from her 11-year-old daughter Kitty.

Jackie sounded a little croaky but was well enough to broadcast from home.

She explained coronavirus was ‘rampant’ in her daughter’s school, so it was only a matter of time before she ‘joined the Covid club’.

She descried her symptoms as ‘somewhere between the flu and a cold’. 

Jackie had been in the KIIS FM studio in Sydney on Monday when her co-host Kyle Sandilands and his fiancée Tegan Kynaston announced they were expecting a child.

However, there is no suggestion either of them is at risk. Kyle and other staffers present on Monday were in the studio on Wednesday and didn’t seem worried.
