Dame Joan Collins, 88, brings the glamour to Cinderella press night

Dame Joan Collins looked glamorous as she attended the press night performance of Cinderella at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London on Wednesday evening.

The 88-year-old Dynasty actress, who stepped out with her husband Percy Gibson, 56, was dressed to the nines in a white trouser suit which displayed a silky sheen as she stood under the lights at the venue.

She added a touch of sparkle to her ensemble by opting for a shimmering silver top with a plunging neckline to leave her décolletage on show.

The iconic star wore a pair of ivory coloured heels with silver beads to the front and she accessorised with a pair of silver pendulum earrings. 

Her brunette locks looked glamorous as they were in her statement blown-out style.

Dame Joan painted her lips a bright pillar box red with the shade matching her perfectly manicured nails which she showed off as she clutched a folding hand fan in case she needed to cool herself down.

Her husband Percy cut a dapper figure in a navy blue suit which he teamed with a lighter shirt and striped tie.

The couple was joined by Andrew Lloyd Webber, 73, who wrote the music for the production while the lyrics were penned by David Zippel.

The composer wore a slate grey shirt which he left open at the collar and a pair of black trousers.

Meanwhile, actress and filmmaker Emerald Fennell, whose book provides the plot the play, looked summery in a pink and white flowing dress as she arrived at the bash.

The Crown star’s blonde tresses were pinned back on her head while two strands were left to the front to perfectly frame her pretty face.

And it was a family affair for the Fennell family, as the actress was joined by her father Theo and his wife Louise and sister Zelda. 

The family looked happy as they posed for the awaiting photographers at the event.

The plot of the show is based loosely on the classic Cinderella story but includes elements of other fairy tails. 

The star studded affair also saw the famous faces of the likes of pantomime legend Christopher Biggins, 72, and his husband Neil Sinclair.
