Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone share their experience of the NMACC event: We teared up – Times of India

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone made dazzling appearances at the opening gala of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai. The couple dished out glam goals with their traditional couture and won hearts for their red carpet style.

Sharing the experience of the cultural event, Deepika told Anusha Dandekar, who was hosting on the red carpet, “It was truly world-class. This is something we have never experienced before. There were so many moments we teared up and so many moments when we had goosebumps. We just had our minds blown.” While Ranveer added, “The acoustic quality of this theatre is unprecedented. I have never experienced this in any theatre in the world. I could feel every drumbeat. It was a sensory experience. It made me feel so proud to be an Indian.”

On the second day of the gala, Ranveer Singh took over the stage to dish out fiery performances. The actor was seen shaking a leg to ‘Gallan Goodiyaan’ with his ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ co-star Priyanka Chopra. Ranveer also joined Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan as they recreated the popular signature step of ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’.

After the debacle of ‘Cirkus’ last year, Ranveer is now gearing up to charm the audience with Karan Johar’s directorial, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Co-starring Alia Bhatt, this romantic entertainer is scheduled to hit the screens in July.
