Anushka Sharma is stationed in South Africa with daughter Vamika, as husband Virat Kohli represents the country at an ongoing cricket tournament. The actress has been dropping adorable glimpses of her stay in SA and on Sunday she offered her followers a sneak-peek of her desi breakfast. The actress shared a picture of his drool-worthy Sunday feast which included fruits and a scrumptious Podi Dosa.

Recently Anushka had penned a note thanking the paps for not clicking pictures of their daughter Vamika. “We are deeply thankful to the Indian paparazzi and most of the media fraternity for not publishing pictures/videos of Vamika. As parents, our request to the few who carried the images/video will be to support us going forward. We seek privacy for our child and would like to do our best to give her a chance to live her life freely away from media and social media. As she is older we cannot restrict her movement and hence your support is needed so kindly practice restraint in the matter. special thank you to fan clubs and people of the internet for going out of your way to not post images. It was kind and highly mature of you,” Anushka had shared.

Last seen in ‘Zero’, Anushka will soon start shooting for her next movie ‘Chakda Xpress’. The film is based on the life of former Indian cricket captain Jhulan Goswami. Announcing the film Anushka had shared, “It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice. Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women’s cricket. At a time when Jhulan decided to become a cricketer and make her country proud on the global stage, it was very tough for women to even think of playing the sport. This film is a dramatic retelling of several instances that shaped her life and also women’s cricket.”
